For golfers not staying at Big Cedar Lodge, tee-time booking windows are as follows:

Payne's Valley & Cliffhangers: Tee times can be booked up to 14 days in advance for tee times falling between April 14 - October 26, and 30 days in advance for tee times falling between October 28 - April 14.
All other courses: Tee times can be booked up to 30 days in advance, and 60 days in advance for tee-times falling between June 15th and August 15th.

For groups, please fill out our Group Golf Outings form and our reservations team will contact you to arrange the details. Groups must be staying at Big Cedar Lodge to book tee times more than 30 days in advance.
